Sellers (Mark and/or Kelly Enloe) and buyer (___________________) agree to enter into this contract under the following binding agreement:
The seller hereby sell to the buyer one ( ) male ( ) female Teacup/Toy Australian Shepherd, whelped _________ Sire: _____________ Dam: __________________________
Seller and buyer agree the above described puppy is a purebred Toy/Miniature Australian Shepherd and is being sold ( ) with limited registration ( ) with full registration and breeding rights ( ) pet only without papers. The Seller will provide registration papers to the buyer, who is responsible for sending them in and registering the puppy.
Health Guarantee: Seller warranties the puppy to be free of communicable diseases and in good health. Puppy will have received its first set of vaccinations and been dewormed at least twice. It will also have been given a vet examination before being released to his/her new family. Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian for general health from date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in any and all warranties being canceled. If puppy/dog does not pass a general health exam, buyer agrees to notify breeder within 72 hours and provide a copy of the original signed licensed veterinary statement of health. Buyer acknowledges the seller is not responsible for buyer’s veterinary expenses at any time or under any circumstances.
Seller cannot guarantee adult size, conformation or breeding soundness of the puppy/dog.
Buyer agrees to adhere to a regular immunization schedule and deworming.
Shipping: If puppy must be shipped to buyer, buyer agrees to pay the shipping cost of _______. Seller agrees to make all necessary shipping arrangements. Transports will be determined in the best interest of the puppy. Flights will be via pet nanny.
Purchase Price: Buyer agrees to pay the total payment of ______ in purchasing the puppy. Seller will accept a ________ nonrefundable deposit to hold puppy in the buyers name until full payment is received. Buyer has 30 days from date of deposit or until the puppy is 8 weeks old to provide full payment unless prior arrangements are agreed upon.
